Ive only ever been sick on alcohol once, but thats because I took a tablet too (not illegal drugs I might add). But now I dont drink, so I dont know! The only advice I can give you is dont drink as much lol!!
Edit: how the hell can you sleep sat up, that must be horrible!

MILK THISTLE OIL
get it in the hippy shops/health foods, it flushes the toxins etc through the renal system quicker!
As others have said, eat well beforehand, not a huge stodgy meal before you go out just plenty of carbs throughout the day. When you're finished take a pint of water with a few drops of the magic oil and go to sleep. If the rooms spinning lie on your side and focus on a fixed point, dont close your eyes until everything stops spinning.
oh and drink responsibly kids

Although a few seem to think Im some raging binge drinking youngster and Im really not. Being drunk doesn't make you one either...
Like I said, its only when I eat after (always get munchies when Im out on the booze, anyone else?) that it makes me sick.
And your right about the room spinning. Ill feel fine and sober-ish, but as soon as I lay down and the room starts to spin, I feel badly, like Im gonna be sick.
