Not usually a fan of modern seats in a mini but those look spot on!

For motorsport type peoples, a pair of the new Sparco sprints fit easy, with loads of space between the two mounted at even levels. Mounted on Sparco side mounts, onto JB fabrications bolt in side mount frames. On 3mm welded in reinforcement plate with external sandwich plate also.

Can you elaborate on where you got the seat frames and what (if any) modification is necessary? I'm looking to do something quite similar and I'd like a good jumping off point.

Well, I finally got my MG ZR Monaco seats installed. Making brackets for them wasn't too bad, the brackets are still bare aluminum, but they will be powder coated black here soon. If you have any questions on how to make the seat brackets I can try to get some better pictures if you want.

hi sorry I know this was posted a long time ago but do you have any pics of them tilted

How do they fit? Did you need to make a custom subframe?

I love those seats! There are quite a few seats that people take from other cars that just don't look 100% right to me in a mini but these are spot on! If I didn't know better and you told me they were factory fitted, I wouldn't doubt you. How much did you pay for them if you don't mind me asking? Are they a bit rare, had a quick look around online for some but can't find any.

they are not as common as other alfa seats but do come up for sale frequently ,cost me £150 bargain i think , i browsed many seats and styles before picking these as i think they were the most retro looking and go well with my door cards .

as for fitting had to adapt the runners using steel to fit but not too difficult if you are handy with a welder
