if dad was missing his bike licence i think i know where it is

a friend of mine who's in a wheel chair a lot moved hose and sent off his licence for change of address

when it came back as well as his car licence he had a full bike licence

only problem is he cant get from his chair onto a bike and thinks i would be difficult balancing at traffic lights so has not used it

In short, they are a bunch of numpties, but I'm sure everything will be fine!

Ah, it's probably a ringer, nothing to worry about......

LOL This happened to my brother in law's land rover. It was obviously a late land rover buy registered as a 1969 Tax Excempt.
It appears The MOT tester rang alarm bells to the DVLA and he had to have a vehicle inspection.
Fortunatly a Land rover has a seperate chassis and he argued that it was a newer body on a 1968 chassis and as the DVLA could find no numbers on the chassis and it was leaf sprung they let it go!!

It is is a MK1 shell or reshelled into a new shell then there is nothing to worry about.
