When I look at my profile it say's "Detroit Michigan, USA", not sure why that same info doesn't show up under my Avatar...hmmm

Anyway, you know where I live now!

Good luck on your build and let's look forward to our first Z Cars US Chapter meeting!

I might end up sending my car out to CA to have it dyno tuned by Down's Engineering when it's all built up, by the way...

Cheers,

Aric

Aric,
Heard great things about Downs. They know there Busa's. I almost went with the Busa engine but decided against it. Talked to Downs many times about building an engine for me if I went that direction. Informative, and seemed to really know what worked and what didnt. You'll have to let me know when you do that I may have to make a little trip and take a video camera with me to document the results!

So wheres halfway between here and Detroit???????

Hi photoguy I'm RichMk1 I'm the one near seattle but mine is not a Z-cars mini. Mine is just a home build useing a hayabusa mid engine, space frame 63 mini. Some call it a freak cause its RWD and uses double A arm suspension and 13"wheels and so forth. In the process now to make it as light as possible, lite weight one piece front, doors bootlid, roof pannel, lexan windows, lite seats, etc. etc. any way good luck to you all....

Yeah, Mike is a great guy - highly recommended - I've bought a bunch of parts from him, and had quite a few discussions - he's open, honest and flexible. Now all I need to figure out is whethe rto have the engine dyno'd in or out of the car....expensive shippin gto CA

So wheres halfway between here and Detroit???????

I don't know, maybe Arkansas? Lol
