Hi all

Anyone here shoot anything? As in, air rifles, shotgun, rimfire, centre fire, pistols etc?

Just interested in seeing if two of my hobbies are common to any other members here. I'm into airgunning, a base qualified clay pigeon instructor and looking forward to getting a .17HMR at some point in the new year.

Any others then?

I've got a Beretta FS match, only use it for target practise though

Only once, a few years ago, but she wouldn't shut up and I did warn her!!! It was dark, and the neighbours were on holiday, so they didn't hear anything.....

Still, garden looks nice now

Fired .22s with the Air Cadets, then the cadet version of the SA80.

Oh and fired a pistol in Brazil (which when fully loaded I pointed at my head by accident...ops!)

Would like a nice air rifle but as I like in a flat I think the neighbours would complain.

I've got an Air Arms S200 10 shot in.... .177! It's top for a cheap gun.

charliebrown, you made me wince! I joined the Taunton pistol club in '97 as I was studying engineering to go on and become a gunsmith, but that wasn't such a good year for the gun trade as it turned out... I had a great time at the club though - the highlight of which was standing behind a chap doing a 'Police test' with his .50 webley pistol, now THAT is impressive.

ahh.. Practice is the thing then.
Anyone in the southwest, or visiting the area on occaision? I'd be happy to take a few TMF'rs out bunny bashing on a couple of my shoots.

i have a few shotguns in my cabinet, got a 12 bore beretta silver pigeon, a 12 bore browning B25 (belgian built one so its worth a fair bit) a couple of oldish miroku's (one 20 bore and one 12 bore), and a couple of unidentifiable 12 bore side by sides which i inherited from my grandad. one is a hammer action which means its really old, but no one has been able to work out what they are. and theres an anschutz .22 carbine with a silencer for bunny bashing as well.

ive got 3 shotguns 2 o/u 1s/s and a couple of rifles .243, .22, and air rifles go as follows, 2 pistols co2 berrata comp grade, and a cople of old vintage air rifles
