Ebay has a lot to answer to.
when i bought a pair of doors for my mini van ,little did i know i would end up rebuilding an american servicemans clubby estate.
I picked up my doors and got talking as you do,and before long he asked if i could help him with his rebuild. To be honest i thought that would be the last of it.Oh no,and when he turned up with it,I was a little shocked by its condition.part Shot blasted and left in the rain for 18 months.
took a long time to get the shell right,100's of mods most of which are not noticeable other than the obvious round nose conversion.Fitted 1380 med lump, newton commercial interior, sliding windows in mk3 doors, carbon fibre bonnet, etc etcAttached File  front_close.jpg   148.94K   25 downloadsAttached File  0023.JPG   451.78K   18 downloads[attachment=4378

he didn,t wan't it to stand out too much ,hence the dark colour scheme.
took 3 attempts to get a bonnet. They kept arriving broken and he went and fetched it in the end to avoid any misshaps in the post
