at least you would of had 5 years use of the gargae

what would be worse is if you had to pull it down even before you got a car in there

Hi, to the best of my knowledge, if it is a non permanant or demountable structure then you don't need planning permission.

I errected(oh err missus) my concrete sectional garage without needing pp, there aren't many restrictions as long as it falls within a property line or is further than a certain distance from a main rd?

there are garages behind the house for rent £7pw,but whats the point if i can have one in my garden,then i can always pop in the house for a cuppa/bacon sarnie or loo.nothing like workin in garage away from house with no power(been ther done that-never again)

by the way like the car battery running the light!!
