Well it was pretty obvious it was going to happen.....
Well I said from the day that McClaren was appointed manager that he was not the right man for the job...afterall how does being Assistant Manager at United and Manager of Middlesbrough give you enough experience to take on a big job of England Manager!!!
The next manager has to have experience of managing a big club with European experience too!!
(Please don't let the rumours be true that they are considering Alan Shearer...as much as I like the guy and he's England through and through...he's not a manager!!!)

Who's seriously going to take the job though? They have to offer it to lesser choices because anyone decent won't take it. Everyone knows the England manager never gets any glory when they do well (the tabloids just name one or perhaps two players as being saviours of the country and eligable for elevation to at least Archibishop of Canterbury), gets daggers and reports about his private life when they draw and sacked the instant they loose anything. I blame the papers!
