I got back last night from a trip to Germany and Luc told me about this, so very sad.
My deepest condolences to all his family and friends. I don’t believe I ever met Oli at any of the shows but I read his build topic and his smiling face made me chuckle.
Was very sad to read this today and realise that the chap in the picture, with that smiling friendly face, is so tragically no longer.

I didn't know Oli and have never spoken to him but followed his project thread with admiration. He was a true enthusiast and will be a sad loss to the Mini fraternity.

I figured if there was ever a chance you could check a webpage where you are, you'd be on this one, so i set up an account to post here.
I saw you on saturday, you helped me with my shopping by giving me a lift home, thank you for that, I know we didn't see too much of each other recently.. my grandad died the same day as yours, and although we didn't say anything to each other about it, it was comforting having someone there that had been through the same. Guitar hero will never be the same.. you'd spend hours playing it in my room in Rees last year.. i've just got guitar hero 3, you had a quick go of it before you left for work on saturday.. you left your christmas card here, i'll bring it round to your house tomorrow, Johns getting everyone together to tell them if they don't already know. Everyone's in shock. We all send our love and massive hugs to your family. Your friends are all rooting for you xx
