well thats me bought a hayabusa engine and running gear off ebay, should be travelling down to aldershot (london ) to get it this week hopefully, well this is the first stage of the build the next thing is to find a good mini. hope the engine is ok, it can be heard running and has done around 10k with service history. its a 1999 model unrestricted. i will have to go to z-cars for a look at the kits :) has anyone seen one of their fibreglass shells yet. and a price.
cheers Eddie

eddie first day back and ive two guys working on the first fibreglass kit all day today
we want to get one to bingley hall end of jan with a kit built up inbside it so everyone can get a proper look at it
im happy with it so far and everyone who has seen it likes the look of it so thats a good thing
it has a nice overall proportion to it and looks really dinky sat in the workshop, so far the front subframes mocked up and rear hoop made we are just about to start the main cage tomorrow
all the cars will have a bias pedal box and a collapsiable steering column for SVA purposes plus its a very good thing for race cars as well
im trying to make up adjustable steering rack height as part of the front subby as well this will allow absolute set up for zero bump steer to be acheived at both road and race ride heights
all in all should be the next step in the Z cars evolution of the classic mini and should sit well with the existing line up we have got
