my engine is a standard 998cc 1989 metro engine.
if I use a richer needle, then what sort of timing I should get for 0-60
if I add turbo how much will it increase.

richer needle wont do anyhting unless you increase the airflow throught the engine as well, for example a stage one kit increases air flow and uses a selection of richer needles. I think some kits claim 25% more power or something so 0-60 time are much faster.

we can predict ur 0-60 times im afraid as every engine is different. What turbo was you looking at using on what spec engine? and

with a stage one kit you would be looking around 14 seconds... 17 is about right for a standard car...
Mini's are pretty quick up to 40 but then the acceleration is slower, particularly 50-60
A richer needle wont do anything, it already has the correct needle for the engine in, so if you change the mixture it'll only go slower.
For a rough 0-60 for a mini do weight (630kg) divided by power at the flywheel
of course this isnt entirely accurate as it doesnt take into account drag co-efficient and what diameter/width your tyres are. so very rough.. but its something. okay useless but I've typed it out now!!
