I've noticed a lot have gone for three or more dials behind the wheel, or dotted around on the dash. What is your reasoning behind this?

I quite like the quirkiness of my two dials, I'll post a picture of my dash later on.

Just wondering if anyone has tried to incorporate the centre section of the new volkswagen golf dashboard into their custom mini dash??

Painted 'Rokee' in my latest acquisition, needs refinishing and I'll probably put an analogue clock in the hole where the digital rev counter sits...

While we're on the topic of home made dashboards, I may as well stick mine up! 

 

Completely hand made and collaged with genuine 70's pub coasters which I trimmed and carefully slotted together.
