What filler do i need to use?
I have had the rear of my car de-bumpered and it needs a skim of filler along to smooth it off.
I want something i can work with easily. One that dont have to be mixed is ideal, but i will mix if needs be.
What type of paper n grit do i need to sand it down? Can i use an electric sander, then do it by hand with a sanding sponge/paper?
I have used filler in the past and it has been awful to use. I saw a guy doing his nova last summer and it was really different to what i have used in past.
I will be buying from halfords or my local auto spares shop.
Any preferences or pics of it been used would be helpful.
cheers guys

This is not a quick job to do Jordie. Take your time and use good quality filler. My personal preference if fibreglass. Its harder to sand down, but the finale result is worth it. Do it by hand because if you slip with the power tool you have to fill again. Start with a rough grade then finally down to 1200 grit wet and dry

I dont want to be using fibreglass. It only needs a skim.

I would use a sander on the bare metal that needs it, then use filler to fill in the small imperfections and hand sand to perfection
