just went to start fitting the kit as the rear end is fully rebuilt now and fed up with the mechanical work, but the front bumper of my kit covers the front subframe bolts so the engine swap and the front end rebuild gota be done first :) not pleased

thats a weird designed kit then if it makes it difficult to access certain components, what kit have u got?

i always thort that was a kit, i will have to think again! and owning a mini while at skool, i had 1 but i couldnt afford to do anything to it!!

Is the kit that hard to remove? Can't you put it on and take it off when u need to do the rebuild?

im having it all blended seamlessly into the body and arches so it will be part of the car, i.e. not come off. i am very lucky that my old man does car bodywork for a living so have no labour costs.

get a flip front, easy it comes off and you dont have to take the kit off all the time

how old are you? i am 14 and i am getting a flip because my front wing it rusted, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

iv got a flip front, extreemly usefull, infact 2 of my friends r now getting them due to the ease of working on the engine, brakes and suspension

i have always wanted a kitted mini, something to stand out etc so i just had to do it.

wouldnt mind a flip front but gona get it all sorted b4 it reaces the road so hopefully it will be a while before she needs any work.
