My dashboard arrived today courtesy of THE STIG. looks in good order, couple of little scratches but i plan on painting it black, or maybe grey.... not sure.

Not yet, 2 of the engines mounting points were cracked, so it's away being welded at the moment, when i get it back Next week I'll have a look, I hope it doesn't, I was planning on running an ITG or Pipercross air filter, the lowest one i could find...... to squeeze it under, Phil from pro-motive said that the air filter was the problem on someone else that put this into a minus, and he had to go for the bonnet bulge......
do you know where i can get my hands on one with a bulge?
maybe a 16v bonnet from curly would do it?

hmm, yes maybe, ive had a look at them, could maybe do with the bulge nearer the front though....
on a less positive note, the freshly painted door sitting carefully balanced there managed to fall last night, so i rubbed it down and painted it again........ only to discover that i didn't stir the paint properly, and its two diffrent shades............. absoloute nightmare. looks like i'm going to have to do the wholllllle thing again............
close to tears.....
