Hi ya'll, I'm new here - I'm an American living in Cambs - I had my first Mini back in 1985, and I recently swapped a Mercedes diesel for a 1995 Sprite 1275... I haven't done much to it yet - I need to replace the odd panel (or 2!) - then take it from there. Looks like a good site here - glad to be aboard!

Hey there, found the site through the same person as flappy.
I have a `88 Racing Flame, BRG, 998cc. Taken the car apart recently, engine has flat top pistons, dont suppose if anyone could shed any light, did they come with them as standard? They have the A engine type stamped on the top. Cylinder heads been taken to a mad doctor to have a few interesting mod`s Gonna throw alot of money into the engine into the summer, see what i can get out of it. Nice site
