when i put my foot down in neutral, the engines appeares to get bogged down and it hesitates. any suggestions why?

its not oil, its as if it cant keep up with the accellerator, so perhaps the injectors or timing. how do i change the timing on a 1.3spi?

Not that I have any dealings with injection minis, but you're saying there's not a fault code output on the EMU's... stoopid bloody things..
or more the fact that no Rover ( or Runder) dealers will do owt !

No not at all Guessworks, I was agreeing with you! Sorry about that.
I was saying Psycho can't change the timing (well he can but it means re-machining the flywheel!) and using your quote as you gave him the right answer originally!
