i've jus swapped from drums to discs on the front of my '82 mini.
the driveshafts came out no bother...i swapped the ball bearings over and slotted the drive shafts back in...no probs!
anyway...i've got the car up on axle stands and ran the engine changing gears...
the passenger side is turning alot faster than the drivers side...
is this normal or should both sides turn at the same speed!?!

i think the only way you will know for sure is by taking it for a test drive, and seeing if it pulls to one side or runs nice and straight.
