Cam assembly lube. Just wondering if anyone had any recomendations and where i could get it from?

Minispares, buy the bottle of lube and a tube of cam grease too as this is really useful when engine building. It's funny stuff and seems to be just raspberry flavour ice cream syrup 
!
(Obviously I'm not suggesting that anyone build an engine using ice cream syrup, that would be foolish!)

but yeh, I always use it when doing a fresh build, soak the cam and followers in it
