you may well find its a fair bit cheaper to buy a car thats already prepped for mighty mini's....it may be a bit more for the initial outlay, but after you add up the cost of all the little bits and bobs, even for a relatively standard car like the mighty mini, you'll find its more expensive to build your own.

As for the cost, I was too busy lookng at it to pay much attention but I think hubby/boss agreed something around the 4k mark which is far enough as it appears to be a very competitive car.

The reason I am asking is I fancied a go at racing myself and was going to buy a ready car due to time commitments!

There were only two for sale at Brands Alex (one of which we bought).

However, if you have a look on www.mightyminis.co.uk and contact the dude who runs it that he seems to have the inside info on the cars for sale. Good Luck!!
