Well i just got back and i thoroughly enjoyed it, there were some nice cars knocking about too, and i even got to judge some cars in the show and shine :grin: It was nice to meet some new faces... Shifty, Central Mini TC and Scurvy Dawg! lol, and also some old ones Bluemini, Alex 1380 (cars looking very mint in that new shell) and of course bungle and millsminis! sorry if i missed anyone
Also we saw miniman and miniman 5 i think we were looking out for some hair!

i didnt buy anything but got some good pics i will put them all up later!

Next year should be great BRING IT ON!

Yeah, rub it in why don't you. I'm glad you all had a good day as the weather up here has been pants. Pi**ing down and foggy. I will probably make it next year though, so I'm looking forward to that. :grin:

Of them all, I would say Riv Run is the worst, but still a good day out. Not many people and traders want to travel all the way into deepest darkest pointy-head land. MITP and Coombe are very good days.

the drive up was a good laugh, the show was pretty good, although as people have said, it does get a bit dull after many hours there!!!!

still a great show for the less experienced like myself!

sadly.... i ended the day in a flat bed....

i was racong some silver 1275gt half the way home, just messing around, and it got prety hot towards the end, when i stopped at my girlfriends house steam started pouring out!!!!
it had split the bottom hose, the ehater take off had just snapped off!!
bugger
ah well, only took me 20mins to fix once id been taken home

I had ag reat day, bought a few bits but

KILLER NECK SUNBURN

god it was hot, ouch, I just moved my head round too fast

Also I look like rodulph as it got my nose and cheeks as well (not as badly thankfully)

The only thing was that flat backed truck that kept revving and pouring loads of poo out onto the show peoples car's... the amount of people moaning about him wasnt true! Oh well!

was a good 1 but last year was better!!i stayed up till 12 friday night an most of sat gettin it ready, took it down sat afternoon an got back 8.30 because we had no lights or horn!!!stayed up till 12 again sat night an jus got her finished for sunday!!

the run wasnt as good as last year as we were all getting split up and we didnt really get to show em off like last year going threw the towns!!!was good all in all tho!!got some sweet video footage and photos!!

really enjoyed the whole weekend, we just took it easy, yes the stands were a bit limited, yes the weather wasn't that good. but you know the mini season is on us when it's riviera run time. lot's of booze lots of barbies, and long lie ins, with some minis if you can be bpothered to look.....bliss!!!

I thought it was pretty cool, but as rich said its getting smaller everytime. Missed out on the cruise this year becuase my stomach took over. Was it any good?
