On reasembling the carb when you have to center the needle,if it is a spring loaded needle do you still need to center it, or is that only for the non spring needle?

Sprung needles ( HS4 and HIF carbs ) are biased needles which are designed to rub on the side of the jet, and hence do not need centering like the older HS2's

:lol: Many thanks Guessworks that makes reassembly less daunting i was dreading having to do it as it looks a bit of a pain in the *** to do, will now crack on and get it done so that it can be properly tuned, the fiancee will then be happy and i will get some peace :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
