hiya

just joined the forums and saying hi. im adam from new zealand and just showing a few pics of my mini

its a 1981 mini 1000 with a couple of mods :lol:

I was just about to say what a nice classic looking mini till I scrolled down.

Yikes! Thats alot of modification, Im looking forward to seeing the finished pics!

LOL, I did the same CB, looked at the first set of piccies and thought to my self, 'Well its a nice little standard looking car', then I scrolled down a bit!!

Interesting lights you have on the back, never seen that shape before on a mini. In terms of depth; are the squarish like the original lights or do the curve with the contour of the body?

they are off the new bmw mini but they are the projector style lights from mini sport.

they took abit of modification to fit but it wasnt that hard :lol:

I knew they were off a BMW straight away, (get it from havin the slow things plod along in front while Mrs.Hairdresser does her make up) Yea shud look, lets see how it all turned out!!!!!!!!!!!!

If there drums at the front a conversion to disks would be useful if you are going for larger wheels, if staying with 10" then keep the dums if you have a small budget.
