Hello to everybody,
The wife and i have recently purchased our second mini after a gap of 15 years. Its a 91 cooper but i have got to say she's seen better days.
This is where we could do with some help.We have two choices, run her as she is then later on trade up to a better mini or give her the tlc she needs to get her back to her former glory.Ive got to say that the latter is more preferable.
We need advice on where to take for a rebuild, mainly with the bodywork,in the west yorkshire area. The reason i'm asking this is the wife wants her done correctly but not to be ripped off.
Any advice would be very welcome.
Thanks

welcome. i am in castleford west yorkshire. I have done alot of work myself and know afew people around here who own/work on mini's.
I know a mechanic afew miles from me, hes really good and has a huge knowledge of mini's but he is very busy......but i always wait because he does a good job.....hes the only guy i trust to work on it, after my bodge floors experience at a local garage.
If you need owt get in touch with me, parts, work, bit of help, advice....
