hi guys

my name is sean carter, i live in australia and have just found out about this forum, i am 14 years old and have a 1962 morris mini 850, it is bright volkswagon orange with a black roof, 1100cc engine twin 2.5inch dtm style exhaust, cosmic 5x10 inch alloy wheels, sony head unit with 2 sony x-plod 4 inch speakers,home made custom dash, sports steering wheel, alloy gear knob, home made centre consol and..... drum brakes :lol:

, the mini is about 80% complete all that needs doing is a set of wood and picket arches, some racing seats, some 6x 10 inch minilights with a black centre anda few more sound system bits, i hope you like the car, and im sure i will enjoy this little forum :wink:

Flippin nice motor! Reminds me a lot of the one I drive now but yours is older and nicer! Love cosmic alloys!

thanks guys, its taken 2 years to get it to this stage, i used to be a rusty old blue thing, but it has really scrubbed up nice after a few new panels and a spray!

yer i reackon they look cool as but i want wider wheels, i spose i could get spcers after the car is registered as there is no mot here, because we know lots of minis that wouldnt ever get on the road again over there, not because of rust because of the engine, body, brake mods on them!!!
