Update:
I now have two genuine inner wings welded in and I`m just waiting to take delivery of a genuine wing and the front end can be completed.
I have stripped all the running gear off the front subframe cleaned it up and painted it. Going to have a good go at cleaning all the suspension arms up and see how I get on as they don`t look too good at the moment.
I have now started to attack the back end and its not good at all, holes everywhere
The rear subframe is now in the skip:
I have cut the old rear valance off and have a new one to go after I`ve sorted the boot floor and replaced the arches:
I now have my freshly bored block back so once I buy a new cam shaft I can start rebuilding the engine.

Recently I`ve been attacking the rear end, I have got two new rear archs to put in and have been cutting an old one out:
I am also currently rebuilding the engine after I bought a SW5 cam.

Looking a bit like my mini's twin has similar tin worm as mine Grind Grind spatter spatter ouch ouch > best to poke holes in it now rather than finish it then let the grumpy m.o.t tester do it eh! Just getting stuck into mine its now at work so should be seeing progress too? keep it up looking good

Ok so its about time I updated this.
I haven`t been doing much over the winter but have got back to it recently.
The gearbox has been stripped and rebuilt with a different diff ratio and new thrust washers and the like. The block now is built up and just needs bolting onto the box but I`m keeping them seperate for now due to the weight and I haven`t got much space.
Back to the bodywork then, I finally got the inner rear arch to fit (with the help of a trolley jack and blocks of wood )
Genuine repair panel at the bottom of the rear bin:
At the moment I`m just tidying this repair patch up and then will smooth it over with a bit of filler, then its on to the boot floor.

I have been doing a bit more recently. Ground the welds down and then filled over the repair patch I put in:
I have now cut out some of the boot floor and the boot hinge panel, will weld the new panels in next week hopefully.
