If you want an M45 and Bypass Valve contact 1320 Autos. They're a New MINI scrappy and tuner, and Paul should be able to help you out.

its not really worth it but to be honest the more you bore out the more metal your takeing out of the bores obviosly. and less metal means less strenth in the block. id go to 1293 and no bigger as it enables to you retain the block is the bores get scored and for maximum strenth.

have my carb (turbo su) plenum supercharger and dump valve (standard bini recirc valve) intercooler and pressure reg but could do with a picture or two to give me an idea on plumbing

Any idea

not bad everything in cost me £250 shopping about on ebay

one other quicky

on turbo minis website it shows the fuel return being fed back into the low pressure side of the fuel pump rather than having a tank return.
is this a practical way of doing it (seems ok in theory as any excess pressure will just go back into the tank through the outlet there doesnt seem to be a non return on it and the breather will absorb any pressure change in the tank

any help appreciated

Andy

well all look like running the normal filter housing to me just running oil coolers thats what the braided lines are going to

for my new engine i hve a mpi block and a maestro bolck as oil filter is in the same place as the mpi but still uses a dizzy

depending on when can get back to work will depend on which i use as will need megajolt with the mpi block but could run dizzy with the other then convert to meagjoilt later on

most look to be taking the outlet down where the oil filter would be then across planning on using a cooper s intercooler as fitted to bini almost complete as removed from the bini so will actually be going up anyway so ignore me

ps like the rear mounted alternator what do people recon mpi or bini rewired

was tempted with a meastro block but seemed a hell of a lot of work for very little, plus the oil filer will more than likely get in the way of the charger.

has anyone rewired a bini alternator to suit classic and if so how did they do it

cheers
