haha not a clue, but you cant see through the rear view mirror, and all the needles on the instruments wobble so you cant see them either, taken straight thru pipes off again, saving it for the 1275 now instead, thou' aint enough to move the car with it on :)

bass :) and i have a single box centre exit maniflow system. not the loudist but its no whisper neither esp if i floor it as there is sod all sound deadening in my mini :) but my sub will easily make the numberplate rattle :?hhmmmmm also make your internal organs move if go above 13 on the H/U on some tracks.

my h/u goes up2 35, and if u can listen passed 27/28 without ur hears hurting u gotta be hardcore. no distortion but its total out of stage.

no idea what mine goes up to never taken it up past 15 and that was very loud!

and on the original topic a 12" sub is prob a bit big for a mini boot, as they like alot of are to move and mini boot lacks that esp if you have a full one like it do.

i dont think its true bout 140db that is high volume but i have heard of higher.

records 178 or around that mark from a van with pioneer electronics.

if u fit a 12" sub does it take up the whole boot?

erm yep depending on the size of its box. (i.e sealed box or ported) but prob best off with a single 10"

if i descide to go big ice install im boarding over the back seats that way you can fit 2 12" subs easily and also maybe some drivers along with a couple of amps to run it all.
