Thankyou for the welcome! I have a 1992 mini mayfair, dark blue, It's my first mini ever.....have wanted one for ages.... went out for a drive round the block in it this morning was great fun! was just going to out in it again ....but guess what.... it won't start ........(

Yippee.....! got it started and have been out for a lovely drive...... thanks to guessworks and cowboy...... a loose wire going to the coil or something like that....will look into changing the connectors and stuff.....
