Well i thought i would pull my finger out & list my project so here goes. :thumbsup:



Basic rundown

Engine-

Its 2003 5PW yamaha R1 Semi race preped engine with nice bhp printout (bench tested) :thumbsup: its done around 7000k and was my friends spare race engine. i have added things like a dynojet - Power commander -Acumen Gear indicator - Quick shift/electronic clutch & slipper clutch etc

I the car i have had to basically re-shell due to how many panels i welded on LOL 

Rollcage is custom made witch i have had for years!

dampeners. bottom arms. tie bars. rear beam axle. coil overs rear. 8.4 vented grooved disc's.New 4 Pot calipers. Stainless brake pipes. ATB Quafie LSD. etc

HEHE il had one a bit l8r of the front fitted with bonnet. i love the colour my self its a custom mix Porsche mint/lime geen :P

could you tell me what you used to paint the underside?
and if you have any pictures of the frame at all?

Hey dude!

i havent any picys of just frame atm but there are sum on the forum!
Well the underside was sandblasted jetted then sprayed with zinc oxide then stone chip then satin black to seal it in works wonders

hope that helps!

have you not got the sleve on the shaft coming out of the engine to rid of the circlip?
