Still waiting for a reply!

Not sure if I'm a good enough blagger to get a discount!

Maybe if we all e-mailed them at [email protected] he'd know where we're all from etc?

Has anyone done this sort of thing before?!

As long as they don't interfere with the light pattern then there shoud be no legal issues... simple way to check is to put car in front of garage ( cover up one lense ) and shine headlight onto door.. take note of the pattern shape, then apply insulation tape progressively across the light until the pattern is affected. that is then the extent to which they can be positioned.

In the good old days I had a cross of tape across mine ( on an imp ) because I kept gettin lenses smashed buy stones and s**t off trucks ( and it looked cool in the 80's )

i should think they would do custom bits, and they do all the eylids, skirts etc. so they should do a good job if they do do them

Hi, just looged on. £20 pair? Think thats excellent value. Bearing in mind he's not going to sell that many (but you never know?) and the fitment problems, then £20 pair is VERY cheap. The fun will be making sure that they fit with out movement and theirfore need securing in some way.

Bulk buy deals normally start with 10 orders, cash up front type thing.

Would it not be possible to just modify some standard ones? So then the fitment problems would be sorted?
Also would these be in chrome or primer of some sort? Anybody know?
Could be interested Pooky, £20 doesn't sound too bad to me!

This is the first e-mail i got from them

Hi, i thought they were quite a popular mod and assumed they were easily availible!  i'd be happy to create some in grp the cost would probably be around £20 a pair + postage

cheers
Ben

I have no idea how he'll sell them! probably without primer

I've just got this next e-mail today!

I ordered some standard peeks earlier this week, i will modify them to sit closer to the lights when they arrive!!!

Looking at what your after and what he has replied they sound different. Your asking for a Headlight Cover, he's on about Peaks. So which ones are you after?

As for the covers why not just buy the plastic covers from MiniSpares (union jack things) cut them to shape and paint them body colour?

So I think you need to email him (he posts on here as well) and confirm what it is your after.
