Hi all
I have recently fitted reconditioned radius arms but since refitting the ride height looks a couple of inches too high. Does anyone know if this is normal, I'm just hoping the ride height lowers as I use the car. Any ideas would be a great help.

Thanks

Jeff

If you fitted new rubber cones then this is perfectly normal.

Mini's always come out higher after you disturb the suspension and as the guys said above new springs or new knuckle joints will increase the effect. Assuming that everything is fitted properly don't worry about it. It'll go down again in a few weeks of driving (usually it's all settled within three months) if it's due to new springs, if it's due to new knuckles just leave it as it's meant to be that high!
