9 years on, and it seems the server hosting the PDF and/or the pictures is not in service anymore. Anybody have this handbook saved on their computer and willing to upload them again?

Thank you... I've tried signing up but there's an error processing my card although I have received notification from the bank that the transaction went through. Hopefully there will be no ghost transaction.
In the meantime, I can just read it on Scribd for free.
