Did you see my topic?? >_<

This could be so helpful, but I have had a look see on a few websites and its £20 roughly for 1000x500mm sheet.?? Seemed expensive.

Got a link to a website??

And maybe a price list in the "forsale section".

Well I wanted 2 pieces if possible about 1000x500 in dark green, non see through :shifty:
Would you suggest cutting it on the band saw?? If so how can I do this without getting scratches while putting it through?? Could I just put card or something under it as padding etc??

Cheers Fergie

Acrylic is quite brittle, dunno if Fergie has access to a laser cutter? I think you'd be better off with Foamex unless you really want super shiney door cards.

Do you use some kind of jig with the router, or draw them out and free hand it??

I could do with some black, about 500mm X 200mm

cheers

Jig it, I work with routers on a daily basis, and it easy. Well I don't find it easy.
