I kno its not the topic to ask it in, but fancy doing some kind of guide on how to do that? Do you make the jig etc?

Are you just thinking about sizes?? Or wanting to jig all the holes etc??

The holes could be cut with a hole cutting but in a drill?? Fergie will know about that.

Well, routering a shape, holes is ok i can do that with my hold cutters and cone drills

Well just make a jig our of timber, then get a roller bearing on the router bit and follow the jig.

What shapes where you thinking about????

Thats it is it? Though might be another way you do it.

If iv gotta make my shage out of wood first, with a jugsaw etc, cutting and sanding 'til its right, then i might as ell just do that with the material im gonna use?

Well I'm not sure its easy to jig saw acrylic. I think its worth getting Fergie to clarify what I'm saying.

Do you use some kind of jig with the router, or draw them out and free hand it??

I could do with some black, about 500mm X 200mm

these forums are hard to follow.

if you could all message me the sizes you need i may have offcuts i can do for cheap but the bigger sizes i will work out for you... send it to my message box and i will see what i can do for you all...

like i said before i will make the door cards for people if there is enough interest.

Haha i dont mind using them its just when all the saw dust gets thrown in my face it gets quite annoying :thumbsup:
