This is how I did mine, it sounds like you have the same setup.

Yeah that looks how I thought it would go. Did you have to space the cylinders up or have you used a different pedal box?

I think all I need to get our the bottles.

Thanks

The cylinders came from Z-Cars with 4 aluminium spacers. I'm using the standard pedal arrangement and I wasn't sure whether they needed spacing but have added 2 on each to start with and I'll see how it is once the system's filled.

I got the reservoirs from Z-Cars and made my own mounting brackets so they'd sit level.

you need to check that you have enough free play on the push rods when the cyliders are bolted down otherwise as you brake you will hold some pressure in the system till you brake again then will build more pressure and so on
the clevis onto the pushrods need shortening as does the pushrod
if you get stuck i can explain easier on the phone what i mean

Did you get all the pipes from z cars to? I have the kit from them but no instructions of what pipe goes where. The pipes are numbered so there must be some instructions with them.

I had the same problem with the pipes and just did it by trial and error. The longest one goes from the front to the bias valve. The 2 the same length go from the T-Piece to the rear calipers. The 2nd longest goes from the front right to front left. Which only leaves 2 to work out, master cylinder to front right and bias valve to T-Piece.

OK

I'm laying it out in the lounge to see how it all goes.

I've got the two the same going to each rear caliper then to the splitter

a short one from the splitter to the bias valve,

Long one from valve to cylinder

Then i have 4 left.

two with ring holes and two short extensions?

One must go from cylinder to extension to caliper. how does the other connect to right caliper?

The short one with the ring on each end goes from the master cylinder to the right bracket and the the longer one with rings on each end goes across the front. I had to get Richard to send me an additional fixing as I didn't have a double banjo bolt for the front right flexi connection.

My kit seems to be different to yours. I dont have any lines with a loop at each end. I can't work out how the left brake joins the right.

Thanks for all your help

Sorry I got that wrong, I do have got the same setup as you. It was a T-Piece I got Richard to send, you connect the T-Piece to the flexi and feed into one side from the master cylinder and the other goes to the left hand side.
