True 'ratters' would not care because the rest of the car would be ratty too, and those fake ratters with just rusty bonnets, and chequered door mirrors, probably dont go out in the rain in case they spoil their hard work.
So we have established that i am a fake ratter!?? Who made you the king of rat? I’m just taking the things out of rat look car that i like to make my car a little different to look at!
Thanks for helping me out with my question!

Its not my opinion it's a fact, that does actually answer your question.

Hang on to your hand bag. Having a rusty bonnet on an otherwise shiney nice car is not Rat look, and is almost exclusively seen on show cars that are rarely used in the rain, or if they are the owners spend hours cleaning up any rusty runs that ruin the shiny paint.
Its not my opinion it's a fact, that does actually answer your question.
If a rusty bonnet isn’t rat then what is it? And i have been to many a show where i have seen with my own 2 eyes rusty body parts that have been lacquered.
So what can i use to do this?
That was my question.
p.s. didnt mean to get so defensive

This is the one from MITP, it does look great. But as has been said, i think the hoodride and the rat look is something that should be reserved for 'dubs.
