Newton Commercial makes them in 'biscuit'. Looking at photos of the colour it's hard to see if it would match the British Open.
If you have a look through the Services section down in Classifieds, there's a few places that make carpets to order. Retro Retrims does a drive in drive out service, I'd imagine the other guys could supply/fit something too.
