Hi people

I was planing on painting my roof but im looking into the idea of a vinyl/fabric roof as i think they look good. But mainly because its going to cost to much for me to get painted and be to much work.

So i was thinking about a nice Black vinyl roof cover like this mini has -

I think you might be underestimating how much a vinyl roof will cost, there's certainly not way it's cheaper than getting your roof painted.

I've seen vinyl kits for Capris going up to £120 before but not seen one for a mini. Try emailing Optimise Automotive (he's also a member on here) he should be able to give you a quote.

Hello,

Our Vinyl Roof Coverings will be £119.99 (+P&P) and fitting will be £30 (+£15 for new gutter trim if not supplied), which, if fitted by us is roughly the same as having your roof sprayed.

Fingers crossed they will be available in 5/6 weeks.

Link to the info on the website: LINK

The info does need updating - for a start there will now be a variety of colours available, but the bulk of it is correct.

Finally, we are offering the first person to come here and have one fitted, free fitting in return for photographs for the website - although there is one person already interested in this offer.

Thanks
Andy @ Optimise Automotive
