Well thats what I was thinking, N/S is pretty solid thankfully, so only the drivers side is buggered. Well at least I can add Flitch panel to the list for bits of metal to renew :(

Yeah I found that problem too after I bought my GT...
That's the problem when people put full dash's in, it hides a lot! Going in on Thursday to get it doen though :w00t:

That's the problem when people put full dash's in, it hides a lot! Going in on Thursday to get it doen though :w00t:


Well at least I've learnt to be a bit more particular when I go looking for mini's in the future, I just take it as part of the learning curve, mini's eh? Lol

Yeah, well I still wouldn't have refused this car if I'd seen it anyway. It's the only work needing to it, apart from a respray. had a brand new frontend in the past, but they didn't fix this for some reason! And it's both sides, and the holes are big enough that the vents have nowhere to attach to, so it isn't exactly hidden :w00t:

i had this problem with my min. i patched the drivers side but it didnt keep it back for long. you can see from the pics in my rebuild thread that both sides are truely buggered >_<
