i guess the 80's was all about plastic wheels caps, i think the best wheels to have would be the 8 spoke white Weller steels with the blue and red pinstripes

I had an 82 City E.
Looked basic but went like stink!
Get a nice set of reverse rims, paint them white and bung on some standard hub caps, just to cover the lugs!!
