Z cars seem overpriced for what you get. However, I am no expert. I guess at present there is no competition.
On saying that the kit looks amazingly easy to fit. (using the word easy loosly)

hello new to the site, but also building a hyabusa rear wheel drive mini, will be taking a trip up to z-cars soon as need to work out what i want and how much it going to cost me. i believe the z-cars frame costs £5500 they can supply front subframe for £1100 or £700 at same time as rear frame. engine from them £3000 roughly and then all the other stuff will cost about £2000 you could go the whole hog and uprate brakes, diff, seats, bonnet, water hoses. etc........ you could easily spend £20,000 in a day there but hey they are the best made kits you can buy out there and the only people that i would trust even though they have weird accents, being from hull. hehehehe my build will be a 400bhp hyabusa turbo hopefully

Cost of fixing head gasket - up to £300.
Cost of building a Z Cars bike engined mini - minimmum £10k.
WOW thats a very expensive head gasket!!!
go for the pro-motive fwd so then you don't have to cut your mini to bits! n still have crazyyyy power n more fun playing with torque steer
Good luck with the build
