Sprite Wiring Diagram

Does anyone have any idea where I can get a wiring diagram for my 94 carb Sprite? The Haynes manual has diagrams for an 88-on carb Mini with points ignition, then just leaps to the Spi models. As far as I can tell most of my loom is Spi (boot mounted washer bottle etc.) but the ignition wiring seems to be unique to this model (electronic ignition).
Also, does anyone know if the coil is 12v or 9v ballast? I'm hearing conflicting reports.

i have booked all of wednesday off now, so ill help you out with my 93 sprite with the same (but unmoddified) stupid wiring loom

it may have info about wiring on those technical cds that bmh sell. somerford sell them for about 18 quid i think. they are just cds with rover workshop manual info on.

Did you manage to find a wiring diagram for your sprite?

I have a 1993 Sprite, 1275 Carb

I'm trying to replace the engine bay loom but half of the loom seems to SPI, as i have the yellow relays in the engine bay but obviously i don't have an ECU plug on the loom cause its a carb model.. so unsure which loom to buy, to replace my existing loom.

If you have any idea's where to get a loom, or a diagram I'd really appreciate it!

I have similar problem:
1994 Sprite 1275 single carb.
The Haynes manual doesn't seem to know anything about my loom. I have had the CD for some time and can't find a diagram that seems to match. I'm beginning to think they made it up as they went along in those days.

Anyone know a source of the "right" diagram?

looks like I am in the same boat, I have just bought a 1994 Mini 35 which is based on the sprite and am looking for a wiring manual, I also have the yellow relays.

I have a '94 carb sprite and I think the 1275 diagram covers our car. I will dig out my haynes manual and tell you what pages I think cover it .

My new haynes manual should arrive tomorrow so will see if I can spot it - If not guess I will have to draw one!

Right, I reckon page 227 in section 10 is the right car (but I could be wrong). the diagram is titled for the 1275GT. It may not be 100% but I thought it was close.

My Haynes manual must be a different one because that does not tie up - the one I have (1969 - 2001 up to X reg) does not have the wiring diagrams, which are in chapter 12,  for ours, the injected ones are the closest so I am working from them and drawing my own, many thanks for guidance though.

Hi looking to see if anyone can help me with an issue i have on my mothers 1275cc 1994 mini sprite. Had an issue with the fusebox and long story short im needing help to find out which wires go where. so my question is, would any of you gentlemen mind taking a photo of the fuse box with wires connected so i can try get it started and finnished for her. I have the same issue as most of you on here with Haynes manuals. Would be greatly appriciated if you can help.
