Is there a huge difference in the frames that these engines would mount on? I guess what I'm asking is how difficult would it be to change an R1 powered mini to a Busa powered one at a later date? Is there anyway of mounting the bigger motor on the R1 rear frame, using adapter plates etc? Anyone know?

the later style Z Cars frame accepts either engine
you simply change the small engine mounting frame, exhaust, chain and sprockets, gear cable and you are away

Thanks Chris, that's great news, what's involved with possibly an older frame?
