I know I've seen a thread somewhere that shows a photo of the rear inertia reel seat-belt fitted in place.
But I can't remember if it was on here or elsewhere.
Anyway you might need one of these?: -

Do you have to buy these in order to fit the auto rear belts in?

yes you will need them to fit the rear belts (automatic ones) as the plate needs to be welded to the wheel arch for strength and also provide a mpunting point for the belts
