As above
1998 S reg MPI in volcano orange mettallic.
Thousands spent recently to get it to concours standard - last outing was 3rd in it's category.
Done 58kmiles.
New everything.
Full re-spray.
Custom full leather interior (and I mean FULL) - including leather top and middle dash.
Full leather boot boards.
Just finishing the engine bay off over winter and will be ready to win next year!!
Sports pack arches and 13X7 deep dish wheels.
I'm really not sure on what the value would be, but would be looking to sell in the spring.
Any ideas??

I was going to say, which category are you pitching it at in terms of concourse.. std production MPi, it's modified so will get knocked back for that, Custom, it's not 'custom' enough.
Nice car, don't get me wrong.
Ideally, if you want to sell as a concourse car then you will need trophies to back up the statement, and winning ones preferably.
The only value I can put on it, is one for a volcano orange Sportpack... circa £4-6k dealer, 3-4k private sale..

I've sold a few now this sort of age, i would think you could get IRO £4.5k for it, but you have only shown one picture!

Sorry.
Concours class is modified and has come 3rd so far (have the trophies to prove it).
It's had pretty much new everything so would have thought it would be more than 6k.
I'm sure if I put more pictures up e.g. of the interior you'd agree that £6k is a bit cheap!

It is an absolutely beautiful example, love the alloys but I would say around the 6k mark as well. This is the problem with Minis, they take all your money and then you get naff all back

mate, i rebuilt a mini to brand new spec - shell, 1380 engine, leather interior, subframes, suspension, brakes, exhaust, wiring loom, carpet, dash, clocks, cd player, bumpers with corner bars and over riders.
spent around £12,000
sold it for £6200

No offence, but it just looks like a normal sports pack, just with a posh interior
if it was my money buying the car, id not want to give you any more then £5,500

Would probably be worth more as a standard car.

It's worth what someone is prepared to pay for it.
As everything , the market is depressed at the moment but for sure you never get back what you spend on them.
What does it owe you?
