He is still in business, I bought some ti radius arm/handbrake quadrant pins from him last week. The arms are originally rivetted together but I reckon you might even be able to use some ti clevis' from titan classics.
I'm in no rush for the turnbuckles, as you can see, I'm in a "buy things whilst I can't work in the shell" stage. I am using the cooper s arms.
If you could sort those bits for me, that'd be grand.

Awesome project, how did you swage the holes?

With some of these:

Thats who I actually got them from as well but I think I asked if I could swap one of the smaller ones for a bigger one that he also makes.
Haven't actually used them that much yet but hopefully they'll be used in anger when the cage goes in. (If that ever happens)!

think that's the same person i bought my 1" swager from, broke the threads on the 'high tensile' bolt twice so now just use a normal 10mm bolt or the vice where possible. probably done over 150 holes with it so far!

I haven't had any problems with mine. But again, I haven't used them that much yet.

Ahh.
They seem pricey, I could probably knock a set up on the lathe at college.

Yea you could, they're not complex items but I don't have decent access to a lathe and when I thought about the cost of buying the material etc, it didn't seem that expensive after all.

Designed some bits and had them laser cut:
They look wonky in the photo but thats just the angle.
Very light too!

they look cool! are they steel? would love some mounts like this in my project but don't want to start cutting bits out again.
what are the round ones for? tow eyes?

They're 6mm ali. I haven't actually done any FEA on them but I'm going on the principle that they already sell 6mm thick ali sidemounts so I should be able to get away with it. They'll eventually be bolted to some nice thick low profile steel brackets welded onto some seat bars.
The round ones are indeed tow eyes. I like to try and be a little different so I thought why not? 5/10 mins on the computer and hey presto.

Very nice mate, top work. If you want to space them off the seat sligthly I can send you a picture of what we turned up - we also added nylon inserts to help brace against the grp a bit.

I think I've seen what you've done and I think I'll do something similar. I don't like how flat the mounts sit against the seat. Although the seat is second hand, I'd rather the mounts didn't scratch up the surface. It will also allow me to use some of the lower mount holes at the rear of the seat because of the way they are designed

Good man, yep, the seats will inevitably be going in and out a fair bit when the cage comes so spacing them will really help.

Got a camera a while a go so I've been trying some fancy shots. Here are my radius arms partially re-rebuilt:
Still need pads etc. You might be able to make out how badly painted they were, shows the quality of the "rebuild". Will get a touch up (ohh err) before they go on.
