Have a look on ebay theres someone in the stafford area selling just parts but seems to break a lot of 'good' minis but to be honest doesn't seem to know that much about them?

I think its time we start asking questions. It's been said before; we are causing this ourselves. If we continue to buy parts without asking questions, we're going to perpetuate the "Black Market" for parts.

I think I'll have to have a few beers and set up a thread. Maybe we should have a network of "known breakers" on ebay. The same thing has been happening in the scrap trade, and this is being combatted by the issue of licenses etc.
I know this sounds drastic, but I'd hate to have my Mini stolen!

Retaliation!

nothing worse than having something you've spent ages working on nicked, hope you get it back soon

theres quite a few dodgy traders in staffs, i know its more expensive but i'm only buying my bits from minispares, mini mine and hudderfield mini spares just to be on the safe side

unfortunately there doesnt seem to be any way of regulating sellers on ebay, if one of us had a part we no longer needed we wouldnt be able to sell it, shitty situation
