How's the limiter going? I'm thinking in getting one soon and was just wondering if it lasted?

Cheers

Well to be honest I can't be 100% helpful here as the Mini has been laid up in the garage since August 1st! It was working fine up until then though, still doing as it should and at the same RPM setting I put it on back in May, so it's lasted me at least 3 and a half months without any issues  :teehee:

Is the limiter still working ? :P

Well I fitted one not long after that post and mine is still working very well.

Though I would upload a video of my accuspark rev limiter fitted today, the only problem is a I don't have a rev counter I had to judge the revs,

That doesnt sound very high, maybe its just on video. Dont take my word for it though, i dont want to be to blame for blowing your engine up :P

I've since turned it up a bit higher, will get another video from behind so it can be heard better

You could always connect a multimeter that reads engine RPM just to set up the limiter.

Can't really tell but the video above sounds more like 3500-4000 RPM.

How easy is it to set the right rpm? Is it just trial and error. Just ordered mine should be coming soon

Cheers,
Jordan
