You might run into problems getting your miglia rear arches to fit the race kit, I went through two sets before buying 8" extra wide arches from arc angel in the end.

Adam.

Hi Adam, yeah you are right... i will have to chop them up a bit i think haha

So I did a little bit more work today :)

Firstly I replaced the driver side scuttle pannel.. out with the old, in with the new. That felt good and was something I had been meaning to tackle for a while!

I was debating leaving the race tunnel until I had the rear frame but it can only really go in one place so after a bit of angle grinding goodness, I had it squared up and welded in place! Yes, i did go overboard on the welding, but I actually used it to home in my welding skills a bit so was a good bit of 'practice' if you like..

Next, I fiddled about with the flip front hinges which was a total pain in arse!! I am going to need an extra pair of hands to help get the fiberglass front end fixed into position and aligned properly because there are too many things to hold and balance on my own to do it well. Anyone want to help?! Tea and biscuits are at there best here ill have you know..

Oh and here is a sneek peek of the rear race frame at zcars, just got to do this one small thing called 'paying' to get that on its way to me but here you go anyway.

P.S. never use Plusmod Mini. They are the UK branch of Minitec and I have found them impossible to deal with.. wont answer phone calls or return emails. It took nearly 3 months for my hinges to show up!!

Dugganc17 - Its not officially my frame, its still waiting my payment  haha so i cant give you any dimensions as its not with me yet, sorry.

Mini 360 - cheers mate, if its going to be a money pit, i may as well make it into a monstrous one and go big! The other red one was one of the other projects I had to put back on the road and sell... shes gone now!
